Join a Modern Recycling Facility as an Excavator Loader Operator
A contemporary recycling plant in Gdańsk invites qualified excavator loader operators to become part of a stable and dynamic workforce. Legal employment, strict adherence to safety standards, and a supportive work environment are guaranteed.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate an excavator loader on the premises of the recycling plant.
- Load, move, and sort recyclable materials in line with set processes.
- Participate in the plant’s recycling technological workflow.
- Inspect and monitor the technical condition of the machinery.
- Report malfunctions and strictly follow operational instructions.
- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and plant guidelines.
Requirements for candidates
- Confidently operate a grapple (claw).
- Load trucks and feed material onto the line (shredder/conveyor belt).
- Stack material into high, neat piles.
- Safety: set the stabilizers (outriggers) correctly and always watch out for people on site.
Working Conditions
- Shift system: 2 shifts of 10 hours each.
- Work 5–6 days a week (as scheduled by the employer).
- Possibility of additional hours upon agreement.
- Net hourly wage: 33 PLN;
- additional 1 PLN/hour for those with their own accommodation.

- Timely and reliable wage payments.
- Official employment under a civil-law contract (Umowa zlecenia).
- Assistance with document extension if required.
- Workwear and personal protective equipment provided.
- Support of a workplace coordinator.
Accommodation
- Hostel accommodation for employees (2–4 persons per room).
- Full kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine facilities.
- Cost: 650 PLN/month deducted from salary.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of experience operating excavators or combined excavator-loaders.
- Valid certificates or permits to operate an excavator.
- Understanding of Polish at a level sufficient for following work instructions.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- No issues with alcohol and willingness to perform physical tasks in an industrial setting.
