Join a Modern Logistic Center as a Warehouse Operator / Storekeeper

Are you seeking stable employment with transparent processes and the opportunity for high earnings? A modern logistics warehouse in Poland is looking for motivated staff to join the team for long-term cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading goods
Order picking and packing
Working with a scanner and modern warehouse system
Moving goods around the warehouse using electric pallet trucks
Quality and quantity control of products
Preparing goods for shipment
Keeping the workplace clean and organized

Working Conditions:

Hourly wage: 25 zł net / hour
Performance bonus: from 500 to 2000 zł per month
Additional bonus — 500 zł for candidates with a category B driving license who are able to transport workers to the workplace.
Additional attendance bonus for 100% attendance
8–10 hour shifts, second shift starting at 14:00
Official employment with full legal support
Assistance with legalization and residence permits
24/7 support from a dedicated coordinator
Help with finding accommodation
Extra +1 zł/hour for working with your own accommodation

Payment: base rate: 31.40 PLN gross/hour
performance bonus: +25% of the base rate;
Accommodation: free accommodation, employee pays only utilities – 260 PLN/month

City: Poland, Nowa Wieś Wrocławska (13 km from Wrocław)
Payment: 4,130–5,900 PLN net/month (depending on the number of hours worked); +1 PLN/hour for personal accommodation
Accommodation: Accommodation in a hostel with all amenities
Cost of accommodation: 550 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
