A leading food production facility located near Poznań invites candidates for stable employment in a dynamic environment. The workplace specializes in processing and packaging a variety of salad greens and vegetable mixes.

Main Responsibilities

• Removing roots and cleaning salad leaves at the conveyor (mainly for women); includes quality check and packaging control according to established norms.
• Processing spinach and arugula—quality inspection and removal of spoiled leaves, packaging greens for distribution. Men may also be involved in transporting crates along the conveyor lines (crates are light).
• Packaging ready-made vegetable salads—portioning and packing ingredients according to specific instructions and weight requirements.
• Workers are not assigned permanently to one department; shifts between departments may be required depending on current needs.

Working Conditions

• Official employment under Umowa Zlecenie contract.
• Monthly net salary: 4500–6500 PLN, depending on shift and productivity.
• Hourly rate: 24.65 PLN for day shifts, 25 PLN for night shifts. Additional 1 PLN/hour bonus for using your own accommodation.
• Two-shift system with weekly rotation: 06:00–16:00 and 16:00–02:00; six working days per week with a floating day off.
• Daily work schedule: 10 hours with one break up to 30 minutes.
• Temperature at the workplace: -2°C to +6°C, high humidity and noise present.
• No direct contact with water; all washing processes are automated.
• Workwear provided (jackets, warm clothes, shoes, pants, rubber and warm gloves) at no cost.
• Medical examination required: 150 PLN is deducted from the first salary.
• Free company transport provided to the workplace.

Accommodation

• Cost: 650 PLN/month, deducted from salary.
