Main Responsibilities
- Inspecting the condition of production machines before starting work
- Operating and servicing machines
- Entering production and quality data into the SAP system
- Performing ongoing quality control of finished products
- Reporting any malfunctions or deviations to the supervisor
- Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation
- Complying with all safety regulations and production standards
Work Conditions
- Employment contract (Umowa o pracę) with official registration
- Support with legalization and residence card documentation
- Onsite coordinator available 24/7
- Assistance with accommodation arrangements
- 8-hour workdays in a 3-shift system: morning, afternoon, and night shifts
- Monthly net salary from 4500 to 5700 PLN
- Attendance bonus – 450 PLN
- Catering allowance – 16 PLN per shift
- Additional housing supplement – 1 PLN/hour
- Commuting compensation – 100 PLN per month
Requirements
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
- Responsibility, attention to detail
- Desire for long-term employment
- High proficiency in Polish – fluent speaking and reading required
- Computer literacy
- Previous experience with production machinery is an advantage
- Preparedness for physical work and working in a dynamic technical production environment
- Sanitary-epidemiological book (we assist with obtaining it; cost – 250 PLN deducted from salary once)
