Looking for consistent, straightforward work in the city? A growing municipal logistics company invites reliable candidates for the role of Driver Assistant. You will be part of a stable team, helping manage routes and recyclable materials within Warsaw.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working on assigned routes together with the driver and a second assistant
- Moving and positioning containers for pickup
- Assisting with recyclable materials
- Supporting automated loading operations
The work is physically active and dynamic, but involves clear processes and on-site training. You will always work as part of a team, so support is provided throughout your shift.
Employment Terms and Conditions:
- Official employment based on umowa zlecenia
- Full legalization and assistance with all formalities
- 24/7 coordinator support
- Comprehensive supervision from start to workplace
- Work with municipal waste, including food waste, plastic, glass, cardboard, and grass clippings.
Work Schedule:
- 10–12 hours per day
- 5 days per week, plus optional 8-hour Saturday shifts
- Stable amount of weekly work hours
Salary and Benefits:
- First month: 24 PLN/hour + 1 PLN/hour bonus if you use your own accommodation
- From the second month: 25 PLN/hour + 1 PLN/hour bonus for own accommodation
- Average net salary: 5000–6500 PLN/month
- Salary increase after the first full worked month
Accommodation:
- Hostel accommodation available at 650 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
