Join Our Team as a Truck Driver (C+E) Specializing in Construction Waste Transportation

We are seeking a responsible and experienced driver with a C+E license to operate a truck for transporting construction and other waste materials between project sites and processing locations throughout the Tricity area, with possible business trips required.

Main Responsibilities

• Transporting construction and various waste materials across Tricity
• Traveling to sites during business trips
• Maneuvering vehicles on construction and industrial sites
• Ensuring proper loading and securing of cargo
• Operating the hydraulic system of the truck body during unloading
• Maintaining the technical condition and cleanliness of the vehicle
• Completing route and work documentation
• Communicating with the dispatcher and coordination department
• Strictly following traffic and safety regulations

Working Conditions

• Official employment based on a civil contract (Umowa zlecenie)
• Stable, long-term position
• Monday to Friday schedule: 06:00–16:00; weekends off
• Possible business trips within the scope of duties
• Salary from 34 PLN/hour netto from the first month
• 35 PLN/hour netto from the second month with full attendance
• Monthly earnings range: 6,800–8,000 PLN netto
• Optional hostel accommodation: 650 PLN/month, deducted from wages
• Accommodation allowance: +2 PLN/hour if living in your own housing
• Coordinator support and assistance with documentation

Who This Position Is For

• Candidates holding a valid Polish C+E driving license (with ‘łódka/kipper’ trailer)
• Holders of ‘Code 95’ in the driving license
• Driver card for tachograph (assistance provided if necessary)
• Completed psychotests (assistance in obtaining, if required)
• Communicative level of Polish language
• Experience operating heavy vehicles
• Willingness to work on local routes and business trips
• Punctual and responsible individuals
• No medical contraindications for professional driving
