Job Opportunity: Sorting Recyclable Materials

A modern recycling facility located in Wilków, approximately 60 km from Wrocław, is seeking motivated candidates for the position of Recyclable Material Sorting Worker.

Main Responsibilities

• Opening and unpacking large bags and big-bags of recyclable materials
• Manually sorting polyethylene film and plastic by type, color, and cleanliness
• Separating foreign matter, cardboard, and other waste
• Placing sorted material into mesh containers and bags
• Compressing materials and preparing them for pressing
• Feeding prepared materials into the press/processing line
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
• Following supervisor instructions and adhering to safety protocols

Working Conditions

• Standing and active work throughout the day
• Physical activity: lifting and moving bags
• Moderate to intensive work pace
• Work indoors in a warehouse or production setting
• All employees must use gloves and protective clothing
• Work in proximity to forklifts

Terms of Employment

• Only morning shifts
• 8–10 hours per shift
• 5–6 working days per week
• Job start: July 1

Compensation

• 26 zł net/hour — first month
• 27 zł net/hour — from the second month

Accommodation

• Hostel accommodation, 2 people per room
• Cost: 650 zł/month, paid by the employee
• Transportation to work is provided
