Warehouse Worker with UDT License (1WJO Category)
An international logistics and warehousing company is seeking motivated men under 40 years old, holding a valid UDT 1WJO (Category 1) license, to join a modern warehouse in the Bieżanów, Rybitwy area of Krakow.
Main Responsibilities
- Picking and completing warehouse orders
- Operating warehouse trolleys, including cabin-lifted and side-loading models
- Transferring goods within the warehouse
- Preparing goods for shipment
Working Conditions
- Employment based on a civil law contract (Umowa zlecenia)
- Hourly wages: 27 PLN net/hour; 32 PLN net/hour for students (Ukrainian and Polish universities, assistance with documentation provided)
- Bonus system based on work performance
- +250 PLN/month if you have your own accommodation
- Possible payout advance after two weeks of work
- Workdays: Monday to Saturday
- 8–10 hours per shift (up to 12 hours in peak season)
- Shift start times: 06:00, 14:00, or 18:00 (exact schedule determined by supervisor)
- One paid 20-minute lunch break per shift (kitchen facilities available)
- Commute via public transport
- Accommodation available: 450–600 PLN/month, 3–4 persons per room, men and women separately, comfortable conditions with hot water and full kitchen
- +250 PLN/month if using private accommodation
- Own bedding required for company accommodation (available for purchase if needed)
Who Will Succeed in This Role
- Men up to 40 years old with a valid UDT 1WJO (Category 1) license
- Physically fit and ready for manual warehouse work
- Students (special rates and assistance available)
- Individuals able to provide required documents (passport, PESEL, bank account, UDT license, rental contract for students with private accommodation, Polish/EU student ID and insurance if applicable)
