A modern logistics warehouse specializing in food products invites a motivated Team Leader to manage and drive results. The facility is located in Nadarzyn, about 25 km from Warsaw, and operates in a high-standard environment.

Main Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating a team of warehouse employees
Training team members to work with scanners and order picking
Monitoring the quality and speed of work
Improving order picking performance indicators
Organizing shifts and enforcing discipline
Driving company vehicles, including cars and up to 9-seater minibuses
