Warehouse Worker – Home Goods

Employment conditions and salary

Type of contract:

• standard employment contract – Umowa o pracę (Polish labour contract).

Salary:

• base rate: 30.60 PLN gross/hour;
• performance bonus: +25% of the base rate;
• additional premiums:
  • +20% for night work;
  • +100% for work on Sundays and public holidays;
  • +50% for overtime hours;
• hourly rate increased by 1 PLN for employees under 26 years of age;

Estimated NET salary:

• minimum: approx. 3,800 PLN net;
• average: approx. 4,500 PLN net;
• maximum: up to 6,500 PLN net (including overtime and bonuses).

Working schedule and transport

• 3-shift work system:
  • 06:00–14:00
  • 14:00–22:00
  • 22:00–06:00
• overtime possible;
• transport to work by city bus serving all three shifts.
