Job Description

Are you looking for stable work at a modern warehouse near the towns of Szymanów and Sochaczew? A company in the logistics sector is hiring warehouse workers with experience operating an electric pallet truck. The job involves moving pallets, as well as loading and unloading trucks — both indoors and outdoors.

Main duties:

Moving pallets around the warehouse using an electric pallet truck
Operating an electric pallet truck (paleciak)
Loading and unloading trucks
Performing tasks both indoors and outdoors
Following health & safety and sanitary requirements

Candidate requirements:

Minimum Polish language level: A2
Experience operating an electric pallet truck
A Polish Category B driving licence or an electric pallet truck certificate (we can help you obtain it if needed)
A sanitary/health book required for working with food products (we can assist with the process, including salmonella tests)

Working conditions:

Schedule: 2 shifts rotating weekly (06:00–18:00, 18:00–06:00)
Work: 5–6 days per week
Breaks: paid breaks — 20 minutes every 4 hours
Official employment: Umowa Zlecenia contract
Medical insurance and access to JutroMedical
Assistance with obtaining a Residence Card (Karta Pobytu)
Documents can be signed online or in person at the central office in Kraków
On-site coordinator and support during work
Possibility of an advance payment after two weeks of work

Accommodation:

Hostel accommodation — PLN 500/month (3–4 people per room, approx. 5 minutes’ walk to work)
Additional allowance of PLN 200 if you have your own accommodation

Payment: Net monthly salary from 4500 to 5700 PLN
Attendance bonus: 450 PLN/month
Catering: 16 PLN per shift

35 PLN net per hour for students under 26 from Polish or Ukrainian universities

Payment: Up to 9000 PLN net per month, depending on tasks and performance; details discussed during interview.
Accommodation: Free accommodation provided by the employer.

Payment: 33 PLN net/hour
+1 PLN/hour if using own accommodation
+1 PLN/hour for self-reliant transportation
Accommodation: Hostel, 2–4 persons per room, 650 PLN/month, deducted from salary. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine.
