Location: Bielsko-Biała (≈60 km from Katowice)
About the plant: Modern, stable manufacturer of aluminium A/C lines for cars. Clean environment: no odors, no dust, no direct contact with oils. Part weight up to 500 g.
Rate: PLN 24 net/hour (per Polish law).
Under 26 with student status: PLN 30.50 net/hour.
Own accommodation bonus: +PLN 1/hour.
Shifts: 12-hour rotating schedule (3/2, 4/2).
Day: 06:00–18:00
Night: 18:00–06:00
Published monthly; average 210–228 hrs/month.
Accommodation: PLN 18/day per person; separate rooms for married couples.
Bring your own bed linen (duvet and pillows provided).
If you live outside our housing: +PLN 1/hour bonus.
Commute: Housing within city limits; easy public transport.
Workwear/PPE: Provided free (T-shirts not included; PLN 20 per T-shirt).
Operate production machines: simple, repetitive tasks; most processes are automated.
Assemble/process aluminium tubes: load parts and components, start the cycle (button), perform visual quality control and marking.
Keep basic production records (instructions available in Polish and Ukrainian).
Work at a moderate pace, follow safety and quality standards.
Men, women, and married couples (guideline up to 58 y.o.).
Willing to work at least 3 months.
Comfortable standing throughout the shift.
No experience required — on-the-job training provided.
Russian required (Polish is a plus).
Legal right to work in Poland is mandatory (Ukrainian citizens welcome).
Job in a tourist city; comfortable housing (incl. for couples).
Automated, clean production.
Rotating schedule — days off may fall on weekdays.
Task variety — not a single monotonous operation.
