Pay & Schedule

Standard rate: 24.70 PLN/hour net
Students under 26 (with proof of enrolment): 30.50 PLN/hour net
Monthly earnings: approx. 3,800–6,100 PLN net (depends on hours)
Advance payment: available after the first worked week
Shifts: 5 days/week; 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00; possible night shift 22:00–06:00
Hours: 160–200 hours/month (occasional 12-hour shifts)
Breaks: 20 minutes for an 8-hour shift
Note: the schedule may change depending on warehouse workload

Accommodation & Commute

Company housing: rooms for 3–4 people, 490 PLN/month
Own housing allowance: +1 PLN/hour added to the rate
Move-in with children: possible from 8 years old (arranged individually during onboarding)
Commute: self-arranged

Duties

Work with scanner and RF terminal
Pick: collect orders via picking list/terminal
Pack: pack online orders and prepare for dispatch
R-Sort: inbound receiving, defect check, labelling, barcode scanning
Przyjęcie/Wysyłka: receiving, loading/unloading (more common for male roles)
Quality control, sorting, kitting, and labelling

Induction and on-the-job training are provided upon arrival.

Candidate Requirements

Men, women, and couples up to 53 years old
Experience with a scanner/terminal — preferred
Russian language for briefings and on-site communication
