Schedule & Working Conditions

Shifts: 10–12 hours (depending on warehouse workload)
Work days: 6 days per week

Accommodation & Transport

Housing: 3–4 people per room, 550 PLN/month
Transport: free shuttle to/from work for employees staying in company housing

Responsibilities

Working with a scanner (barcode scanning)
Order picking/packing according to the picking list
Preparing shipments to retail stores
Receiving goods (apparel)
Removing security/magnetic tags from garments
Quality control

Candidate Requirements

No prior experience required (on-the-job training provided)
Ability to perform physical tasks and work 10–12-hour shifts
Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail

Coordinator support (Ukrainian/Russian)
Assistance with karta pobytu (residence card) and zezwolenie wojewódzkie (Type A work permit)

Payment: 3750–6000 PLN net per month + KPI + team performance bonuses
