Production Worker – Window and Automotive Glass 

The production plant of the international company Saint-Gobain, specializing in the manufacturing of window and automotive glass, is looking for employees for long-term cooperation. The factory is located approx. 45 km from Zielona Góra and 170 km from Wrocław.

Type of employment

  • Umowa o pracę (official employment under a Polish employment contract)

Main duties

For men:

  • placing automotive glass into machines that apply sealant along the edge of the pane;
  • removing the glass once the process is completed.

For women:

  • cleaning the glass from excess sealant;
  • visual inspection and quality control of finished products.

Work is carried out in a warm and safe production environment.

Candidate requirements

  • good overall health and physical fitness;
  • communicative level of Polish (to understand instructions and communicate with the team).

Salary and bonuses

  • Approximate net salary (take-home pay):
    • 3600–4250–4700 PLN NET (depending on shift system, overtime and bonuses).
  • Hourly rate: 27.42 PLN gross.
  • Bonuses: 500–1500 PLN gross (depending on performance and attendance).
  • Extra pay:
    • +50%, +100%, +200% to the hourly rate for overtime in line with the Labour Code;
    • +20% extra for night shifts.

Working hours

  • Work in a 3-shift system:
    • 06:00–14:00
    • 14:00–22:00
    • 22:00–06:00

Before starting work, candidates take part in a meeting with the employer and a guided tour of the plant to get acquainted with the workplace and production processes.
