Join a Modern Furniture Manufacturing Team in Poznań

We invite men, women, and married couples to join a well-established company specializing in soft furniture production. This opportunity is ideal for those seeking stable, long-term employment in a supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Upholstery Preparation (open to all applicants): Prepping furniture frames for upholstery by applying glue and attaching foam, padding, or other soft materials.
  • Surface preparation: cleaning and verifying measurements.
  • Applying glue by brush, roller, or spray gun.
  • Placing and aligning foam or other materials securely.
  • Checking the stability and accuracy of attached components.
  • Packing of Finished Furniture (primarily for men): Thoroughly checking finished furniture or its components before packaging.
  • Wrapping items in stretch film, bubble wrap, or cardboard for protection.
  • Securing corners and fragile parts with extra material.
  • Labeling and tagging products according to order and destination.
  • Moving packed goods to storage or transport areas.

 

Work Conditions

  • Hourly wage: 25 PLN net/hour.
  • Employment contract: umowa zlecenia (contract of mandate).
  • Stable schedule: 06:00–14:00, Monday to Friday.
  • Optional extra shifts by agreement.
  • Weekends off.
  • Lunch break at 10:00 (20 min) and two short breaks at 8:00 and 12:00 (5 min each).
  • Work clothing provided (the cost is deducted from your salary).
  • Accommodation available at 18 PLN/day (deducted from salary); bring your own bed linen, blankets and pillows provided.
  • Commuting by local transport at your own expense.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Attention to detail and responsibility are essential.
  • Preferred experience with foam and furniture materials (for upholstery work).
  • Basic understanding of safety when handling glue.
  • Physical stamina and readiness to handle heavy items (for packing positions).
  • Ability to use standard packaging tools.
  • Willingness to commit for at least 3 months of employment.
