Join the Municipal Transport Team in Kraków

Are you an experienced driver with a Category C license and Kod 95, looking for stable work in Kraków? We invite you to become part of a municipal services team responsible for the safe and efficient collection of community waste across the city.

Main Responsibilities

Professional and safe operation of a municipal waste collection truck in accordance with traffic regulations
Strict adherence to assigned routes and collection schedules
Coordinating with loaders for smooth and timely waste collection
Assisting with loading containers when necessary (only in occasional cases)

Employment Conditions

Contract type: Umowa Zlecenia
Hourly wage: 30 PLN net per hour
Students of Polish and Ukrainian institutions: 30.50 PLN net per hour
Advances available after two weeks of employment
Work schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5:00–17:00 or 5:00–15:00 (Monday to Saturday)

Accommodation Options

Hostel accommodation: 3–4 people per room (450–600 PLN/month, deducted from salary)
Men and women accommodated separately
If using company accommodation, please bring your own bedding (can also be purchased locally for 70 PLN)
If residing privately, a 200 PLN/month housing allowance is provided

Ideal Candidate Profile

Valid Polish Category C driving license (or completed Przewóz Rzeczy course)
Kod 95 is required
Basic communicative Polish (minimum A2 level)

City: Trzebinia
Payment: 35 PLN net / hour
Accommodation: Hostel with 3–4 people per room, 450–600 PLN/month (deducted from salary). Separate rooms for men and women. Option for own accommodation (+200 PLN to salary). Bedding required (bring your own or buy for 70 PLN).

City: Warsaw
Payment: First month: 24 PLN/hour; From second month (provided attendance is 100%): 25 PLN/hour + 1 PLN/hour for own accommodation. Average monthly net: 5000–6500 PLN.
Accommodation: Hostel accommodation, 650 PLN/month, deducted from salary.

City: Kraków
Payment: 30 PLN net per hour
