Confectionery Packer

Location: Poland, Racibórz (≈80 km from Katowice)
Employment: official contract

Responsibilities:

• Packing chocolate, candies, and bars;

• Placing products into packaging/containers;

• Visual quality control on the conveyor line;

• Gluing/folding boxes, applying stickers and labels;

• Keeping the workstation clean and orderly.
  Assignment to departments (wafers/candies/chocolate, etc.) is based on production needs; the set of tasks is similar across departments.

Work Schedule:

• Mon–Fri, 8–12 hours per day; occasional working Saturdays;

• Shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00;

• Final schedule is set by department; breaks (including smoke breaks) are arranged with the supervisor.

Pay:

• PLN 25 net/hour (base rate);

• PLN 30.50 net/hour for candidates under 26 with student status;

• +PLN 1/hour supplement when living in your own accommodation.

Accommodation:

• Organized housing — PLN 18/day (deducted from salary);

• Bring your own bed linen (duvet and pillows are provided);

• Alternative: own accommodation with a +PLN 1/hour pay supplement.

Commute:

• Self-commute by local transport (own expense).

Workwear & PPE:

• Work clothing provided free of charge.

Requirements:

• Men, women, and couples up to 53 years of age;

• Willingness to work at least 3 months;

• Good eyesight (your own glasses/contact lenses may be used);

• Ready for a fast production pace;

• No experience required (on-the-job training provided);

• Russian language skills;

• Vacancy open to candidates from Ukraine.

• Food-production rules: no long nails, false eyelashes, or jewelry.

Sanitary/Epidemiological Certificate (sanepid book):

• Mandatory; if you don’t have one, assistance is provided to obtain it within 3–5 business days;

• Cost PLN 150 is deducted from salary.
