Warehouse Operative

Company
One of the largest distributors of auto parts in Poland and Europe. The company is actively expanding its warehouse infrastructure and implementing modern solutions to automate logistics processes.

Pay
💰 PLN 25/hour (net)

Responsibilities

• Working with a handheld scanner;

• Picking and stocking goods;

• Preparing orders and handing them over/dispatch;

• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
  Polish at a communicative level is preferred (most key information appears on the scanner).

Work Schedule
Three shifts:
• 05:00/06:00–13:00/14:00 (to be confirmed)
• 07:00–15:00
• 10:00–18:00
Working Saturdays: 05:00–13:00.
Average workload: about 200 hours/month.

Accommodation
🏠 Company-provided apartment in the same building as the warehouse-store.

Requirements

• Warehouse experience preferred (training possible);

• Basic Polish;

• Men aged 18–45.

Candidates
Priority for citizens of Ukraine, Georgia, Colombia, as well as English-speaking candidates from other countries (provided they speak Polish).

Additional Information

• Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting dirty (work can be messy).

• Safety footwear with a steel toe cap is mandatory.

• Corporate clothing is issued during audits; on regular days, personal clothing is used.

• Winter warehouse temperature is about +17 °C; warm layers recommended (e.g., a fleece provided by the company).
