Sorting Operative

Location: Poland, Warsaw
Contract type: Civil-law contract (Umowa zlecenia)
Work schedule: 3 shifts Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays): 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00. Overtime available.
Eligible nationalities: Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova.

Pay (net/hour)

  • Base rate: PLN 23,52/h

  • Under 26 years: PLN 24.63/h

  • Students under 26 / post-secondary (“policealne”) school students: PLN 31.40/h

  • Advances available

  • Attendance/quality bonus from the site: PLN 200–300

  • Additional with PIT-2: +PLN 300 net to monthly pay if >120 hours worked in the settlement period; if <120 hours, then +PLN 1/h to the rate.

Responsibilities

  • Sorting recyclables (paper, plastic, glass) on a conveyor line: selecting an assigned fraction and placing it into containers.

  • Periodically working on a refuse collection truck in the city (bringing bins to the truck, securing them, lifting with the mechanism, returning bins).

  • Occasional outdoor work on the plant’s yard (loading separated waste with shovels into containers; characteristic odor of decaying waste may be present).

Workstation/area is assigned by the on-site foreman; rotation occurs according to operational needs.

Requirements

  • Men and women aged 30–60

  • No prior experience required

  • Polish language: basic level sufficient to follow instructions.

Conditions

  • Accommodation: hostel available if needed; partial payroll deduction PLN 28–32/day

  • Commute: 40–50 minutes by public transport; indicative cost ~PLN 25/day

  • Workwear: own comfortable clothing and footwear

  • Sanitary book: not required.
