Who We Are Looking For

We are hiring women for the position of Sewing Assistant.

Requirements:

good manual dexterity and precision;
readiness to work while standing;
attention to detail and responsibility;
ability to perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently;
teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities

Work may take place in various departments, depending on the assignment:

Cutting — manual and machine-assisted;
Fusing of interlining fabric — manual or machine (teamwork of 3 people: two load the elements, one collects fused parts);
Ironing of components and finished garments (trousers, jackets, shirts) — manual (using irons, steamers) or automatic (presses);
Sewing on buttons using specialized machines;
Labeling and packaging of finished products.

Working Conditions

Salary:
• 22.03 PLN net/hour
• 30.50 PLN net/hour — for employees under 26 years old with student status
• In the ironing department — piecework pay (approx. 200 PLN/day)
Contract type: umowa zlecenia (civil-law contract)
Work schedule: Monday–Friday
• 06:00–14:00
• In the cutting department — 2 shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00
• Overtime and occasional Saturday shifts possible depending on workload
Breaks:
• 09:00–09:15
• 12:00–12:05

Accommodation

Company housing available:
• 1st month — 600 PLN/month
• From 2nd month — approx. 750 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
No additional allowance provided for private accommodation.

Workwear

Employees must have their own change of clothes.
The use of phones and headphones is permitted only during breaks.
