Production Operator / Assembler — Automotive Seating

Pay & Bonuses

• Starting salary: PLN 4,800 gross/month + up to 20% performance bonus after the first month.

• After 6 months: PLN 5,270 gross/month + up to 20% bonus.

• Transport allowance: up to PLN 250/month for using your own car.

• Bonuses: hot lunch in the canteen for PLN 2; complimentary water, coffee, tea.

Schedule

• 3 shifts, 8 hours each: 06:00–14:00 | 14:00–22:00 | 22:00–06:00.

• Work Monday to Saturday (Saturday work compensated with a weekday off).

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment for the production of metal components.

• Assembly of automotive seat elements.

• Quality control, workplace order, and adherence to OHS/BHP standards.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants up to 50+ welcome, provided they are in good health and fit for on-foot work.

• Communicative Polish (to follow instructions and basic shop-floor communication).

Housing & Commute

• Housing: PLN 30 per day (up to ~PLN 940/month), payable before starting; rooms for 4 persons (occasionally 2–3); limited availability for couples.

• Free shuttle buses from Sulechów, Międzyrzecz, areas around Łagów, and Świebodzin (city line); own-transport allowance up to PLN 250/month.

Working Conditions & Training

• Comfortable environment: warm in winter, ventilation in summer; modern canteen on site.

• Onboarding and upskilling provided; day one includes OHS/BHP briefing + on-the-job training.

• Documentation support: assistance with extending legal stay and residence card applications.

• Candidate intake held every Tuesday and Thursday.
