Paving stones production

Working conditions:

Auxiliary work at the machine, the machine is serviced by 5-8 people. Finished products are accepted, stored so that they go well, cleaned, put away, unscrewed and
twisted forms.

1. Work is carried out in a team of 5-8 people. One of the employees works at the machine that pours and feeds concrete into the forms that form counterweights.
   For example: Finished forms for the manufacture of concrete products are transferred by a winch to a belt, where a machine pours concrete into the form (when a button is pressed, the concrete is poured and then a person levels it with a spatula).
2. Then long studs are screwed in, and nuts are tightened on the other side to secure the form.
3. After which the finished form is transferred by a winch to a pallet (the concrete hardens for about a day)
4. The next step: unscrew the studs, pull out the finished product, and fold the forms for further use.
5. Work processes are automated, heavy work is helped by equipment that lifts weights.

Salary 2024:

• Employees in production:
  – 24 PLN NETTO / hour – 8 hours rate according to the law new Polish style (Polski Ład)
  – 26 PLN NETTO / hour – additional hours rate according to the law new Polish style (Polski Ład)
  – 30.50 PLN NETTO / hour up to 26 years + student status
  – 32.10 PLN NETTO / hour up to 26 years + student status, additional hours
• Maszyn operator:
  – 24 PLN NETTO / hour – 8 hours rate according to the law new Polish style (Polski Ład)
  – 27 PLN NETTO / hour – additional. hours rate according to the law new Polish way (Polski Ład)
• PAVING STONE PRODUCTION
  – 30.50 PLN NETTO / hour up to 26 years + student status
  – 32.10 PLN NETTO / hour up to 26 years + student status, extra hours

Accommodation:

provided FREE OF CHARGE *Upon check-in you must bring your own bed linen, blanket and pillows are provided.
*No extra charge for your own accommodation

Work clothes:

Employees wear their own clothes for the first 2 weeks, then it is provided for a fee, from the salary, the amount depends on the required set

Work schedule:

• Shift 8-12 hours;
• Day and night shifts;
• 168 – 200 hours per month;

Getting to work:

FREE company transport (there is free travel from Tomaszów Mazowiecki)

Requirements:

• Desire to work for at least 3 months
• Good physical shape
