Construction Materials Sorter

Work location: Poland, Warsaw (Bielany district), open-air industrial yard (outdoor)
Employment type: full-time, official employment (legalization and insurance supported by the employer)
Start date: typically 2–3 days after paperwork is completed

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sorting construction and recyclable materials: wood, glass, metal, concrete.

• Separating bio-waste (grass only).

• Working on an outdoor yard (open site).

• Maintaining a clean work area; complying with occupational health and safety rules.

Pay and Conditions

• Net hourly rate:

  • PLN 24/hour — first month;

  • PLN 25/hour — from the second month, provided there are no absences or lateness.

• Bonus:

  • +PLN 1/hour — if you live in your own accommodation.

• Housing: company hostel — PLN 650/month.

• Legalization: full support (documentation, insurance, etc.).

• Coordinator support: 24/7.

• Estimated monthly income: up to PLN 6,500, depending on hours worked and applicable supplements.

Work Schedule

•  Monday–Friday (6:00 – 18:00)

• Saturday (6:00 – 14:00)

• Shift duration and exact schedule are set by the employer in line with operational needs and labor regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Men up to 60 years of age.

• Willingness to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.

• Responsibility, punctuality, adherence to discipline and safety rules.

• No harmful habits.

• No experience required — on-the-job training provided.

• Language knowledge not required.
