Bakery Production Worker

We are hiring female candidates (suitable for women up to 57) for legal employment at a modern bakery production facility. Onboarding in Kraków or online. Contract: Umowa zlecenia (civil-law contract).

Responsibilities

• Work on a production line

• Place dough into molds

• Wrap finished products in film

• Sort and pack bread, baguettes, and rolls into crates
  Video of work processes is available.

Pay

• PLN 22,03–23,81/hour net

• Students under 26 (Polish or Ukrainian institutions): PLN 30,50/hour net (we assist with paperwork)

• Sundays: double rate PLN 44,06–47,62/hour

• Bonuses: up to PLN 700/month (efficiency, attendance) + PLN 400/month for zero absences (PLN 100/week) + PLN 300/month for productivity

• Advance payment after 2 weeks of work

Schedule

• Three 8-hour shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00

• Sat–Sun: days off

• 15-minute break (including smoke breaks)

Conditions

• Workwear and safety shoes provided

• Housing: PLN 600/month (deducted from salary), 3–4 people per room; photos available

• No prior experience or language required

• Medical insurance (ZUS), legal employment, assistance with legalization (residence card/work permit), on-site coordinator, help obtaining a sanitary booklet

Important

• A sanitary/health booklet is required to start (approx. PLN 170, arranged officially in Kraków).
  The sanitary station accepts samples Mon–Wed—ideally arrive Mon or Tue; otherwise results may take up to 7 days.

• Medical check-up covered by the employer

• Before starting: trial shift 1–3 hours

Onboarding

• Kraków (office 5 minutes’ walk from the train/bus station) or online. A video guide with directions is available.

• PESEL (original)

• Bank account number (26 digits)

• If applicable: Residence Card (plastic + decyzja/decision)

• For candidates under 26 with own housing — Umowa najmu (rental agreement)

• Sanitary booklet or salmonella test results (if already available)

For Students

• Zaświadczenie (certificate from the university, issued within the last month)

• Legitymacja studencka (student ID)

• Private insurance (if no UKR status)

• For students from Ukraine: original proof + notarized translation
