Employee responsibilities:

1. Preparing goods for shipment:
   – Placing finished products (vases, glasses, etc.) on pallets;
   – Checking products for compliance with quality standards;
   – Wrapping pallets with film for transportation.
2. Sorting products:
   – Selecting products that meet specified parameters;
   – Detecting defects and rejecting damaged goods.
3. Packaging control:
   – Packing glassware in boxes for storage and transportation;
   – Sticking labels on packaging.
4. Maintaining order in the workplace:
   – Cleaning work areas;
   – Compliance with occupational safety requirements.

Work schedule:

• Work in 3 shifts, 4-team system;
• First shift: 6:00–14:00 (4 working days / 1 day off);
• Second shift: 14:00–22:00 (4 working days / 1 day off);
• Third shift: 22:00–6:00 (4 working days / 2 days off).

Salary:

• Rate: 30.50 zł gross/hour;
• For students: gross = net;
• Average earnings: 3700–4000 zł net.

Working conditions:

• Clothing: provided by the employer: safety shoes, 3 T-shirts, fleece;
• Canteen: equipped with vending machines (sandwiches, chocolate bars, soups) and refrigerators for personal lunches;
• There is a smoking area.

Accommodation:

• Own accommodation;
• Compensation 400–450 zł/month, subject to at least 100 hours of work.

Transport:

Company transport is not provided.

Contract type:

• Umowa zlecenie;
• Stable work with the possibility of obtaining a residence card.
